Join us for this All about Breads Themed 3 week baking series. Series II Bread Baking $150 Saturday 2/19, 26, and 3/5 4-6:00pm During our All About Breads Theme these 3 weeks you'll master techniques for working with yeast dough just in time for Fat Tuesday famous King Cakes. Plus we'll explore quick bread doughs for zucchini chocolate chip quick bread, and old fashion sourdough starter. bake and decorate, cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops. Bakers bring home baked goods and recipes each week. These series are for kids 9-14 years old. You will be standing, baking and working for most of the class. Great baking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun. Bakers should wear closed toe shoes, bring an apron, and have hair pulled back and restrained if long for safety. We are not a nut free bakery.
