Need Mobile Mechanic to replace Broken Timing Belt

I need help with a 1997 Dodge Caravan 3.0 that needs broken timing belt and water pump replaced. Located in parking lot off of Industrial Park Drive. I started working on it and then hurt my back again so it is mostly taken apart already. I have all the parts. Looking for someone who has experience with this issue and the proper tools. Specifically resetting the timing. Thank you
