Handyman Needed to Lacquer Finish Table

I am looking for someone to lacquer finish an IKEA kitchen table I recently purchased. The table is an Ikea Ekedalen table in white (you can find it on their site if you want to look it up). I am looking to lacquer the surface, not the legs. With the extension added, the table top surface measures 70 7/8" by 31 1/2". The table top finish is- Table top/ Extension leaf: Particleboard, Ash veneer, Acrylic paint, Ash veneer. I would like to lacquer finish the top of the table so that it is more durable and has a more stain resistant finish. This project would need to be done inside, so no spray please. I am looking for someone to source the materials, and complete the finish the job inside my apartment. Please reply with a total quote, including material costs and labor combined!
