We are looking for a part-time junior super in the Wakefield section of the Bronx to work 20 hours per week @ $16/hourly.
Must live in the area of 812 E 231 as this position does NOT come with a live-in super’s unit.
Duties will include cleaning, trash removal, boiler maintenance and light minor repairs. Should have experience with pump systems.
