We are looking for positive can-do people to work as Cultivation Technicians in our state-of-the art cultivation facility. Cultivation Technicians care for plants through the entire life-cycle. Work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility tending to plants and supporting successful harvests. Successful cultivation demands teamwork and careful, dedicated tending with a “professional” attitude. Previous experience is not required; ability to work in a team and follow Standard Operating Procedures is required. BeWell is focused on the health and safety of everyone on our team. Due to the COVID pandemic, we require all employees to be vaccinated for COVID, and to wear approved masks in the workplace.
