Job Responsibilities • Proactive - always evaluating what can be done and taking action. • Interior framing & other rough carpentry tasks • Installation of locks & hardware • Light demolition • General property management tasks • Unload, carry and stack materials and place tools and equipment in position • Clean for general maintenance • Operate wheel loaders, forklifts, skid steers and similar equipment • Assist operations personnel, maintenance personnel and supervisors as needed • Build or repair wooden fixtures used in buildings • Assemble and fasten materials to make a framework • Other manual duties as directed Job Requirements • Tools for the Trade • PPE must be worn Qualifications • Organized and detail-oriented team player • Ability to communicate professionally, verbal and written • Flexible and comfortable with short deadlines • Reliable transportation to work and personal vehicle • This individual will be required to drive to different job locations • Strong written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail and accuracy • Project a positive and professional image to the public, co-workers and clients. • Highly organized and skilled with time management. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
