The "Italian Trifecta" of Ricotta, Mozzarella & Parmesan all in one class - too much fun! This is a great class for the beginning cheesemaker all the way to the cheesemaker with some experience because you learn how to make a fresh cheese, a stretched cheese and an aged cheese. One of our most popular classes, it will fill up fast!
Class fee $50 Class size capped at 8.
Take home kits that will make 2 one gallon batches will be available the day of class for $10. Raw milk from Valley Milk Simply Bottled is available to take home at $5 a gallon - but you will need to pre-order the milk by sending me a message.
