Who We Are
TEP’s mission is to achieve educational equity for traditionally underserved communities by utilizing master teachers to provide rigorous academics, arts, and athletics instruction.
TEP reallocates the public funding it receives as a charter school to pay its teaching professionals an annual salary of $125,000, with the opportunity to earn a significant performance bonus.

Health and Safety Measures due to COVID-19
Per our Health and Safety Protocol, according to DOH requirements, visitors must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination before entering a TEP campus. Upon arrival to the school campus, you will be asked to show your proof of COVID-19 vaccination and will be temperature screened by TEP's School Safety team.

TEP's new Middle School campus is located on Sherman Avenue, and sits between Academy Street & 204th Street. We strongly recommend coming by public transportation, as parking is very limited and is dependent on street or neighborhood garage availability. The Dyckman Street Subway stop on the A train is just a few blocks from the school.
