Start the weekend intentionally, giving love to mind, body and soul with a gentle & empowering vinyasa class with a sound bowl meditation.
Hey folx! Nothing gets me feeling open and excited for the day like a rising flow. Let's gather in small safe #s outdoors for approachable vinyasa ending with a few yin holds. Breathwork and meditation are always included. Sound bowls will be used during most savasanas to help ourselves "go deep" into relaxation.
Did you know a regular yoga practice has shown to help decrease stress, reduce mistakes and accidents and promoting a healthy body? Sign me up too!
What to bring and expect:
Mat/Blanket, Water, Optional props (blocks, pillows, straps)
Listen for the soft music near the white gate where you'll enter.
Free street parking but leave some time to find a spot in the area. Usually about a block's walk.
Look for the designated spots to place your at. Pods can be closer together and everyone else far apart.
This is safe space for every body regardless of size, ability, experience, status, race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity...etc.
