Recertification Vision and Hearing Texas Vision and Hearing Screening Recertification Training is for those individuals that will be providing screenings at schools (public and private) and licensed child care centers/licensed child care homes in the Region 6/5S Public Health Region. Attendees must verify that their certification is still valid and not expired. Those whose certification has lapsed will have to attend the Basic Vision and Hearing Certification Training. All Individuals with a provisional license have their certification valid until 2022, and will not be allowed to attend the course. Make sure all REQUIRED fields are filled in on your registration. All the information is required for your certification. If the information is not provided you will not receive your certification.
