Meet in the Street in downtown Wake Forest is an arts & crafts festival that also includes food trucks, live music, and activities for kids. Meet in the Street is a community street festival hosted by the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce. Located in Downtown Wake Forest, the festival features more than 100 arts and crafts vendors, live music, dozens of food trucks, and many activities for children. This will be our 40th anniversary festival, and we are excited to announce a few changes will improve your festival experience. The festival will be held on three streets - White Street, Brooks Street, and Owen Avenue. We will not be using Taylor Street this year for the festival. Arts & crafts and festival business booths will be placed the entire length of White Street, from the Depot parking lot to Elm Avenue. Booths will also be located along Brooks Street from Jones Avenue to Elm Avenue. Food trucks will be located this year in a special food court on Owen Avenue (behind Fidelity Bank). A few food vendors will also be located in select other areas of the festival, such as near the Children's Village. The Children's Village will be located in the Depot parking lot at the north end of White Street.Meet in the Street is FREE to attend! Interested in being part of the event?
