The Spiritual School of Recovery will be offering free classes at DAP Health in spiritual studies. The Spiritual School of Recovery will be offering free classes at DAP Health from December 13, 2021 – January 3, 2022 Mondays at 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Location: DAP Health in the Shepard Meditation Room (in the Wellness Center) Title: “Discovering Our Spiritual Self” We invite you to join us, as we answer the following questions: • What is Spiritual Awakening? • How do I connect with my higher power? • Where do I begin? This group is ideal for those in recovery and are learning to connect with their higher power or find spirituality.
