Join us for 5 courses and a wonderful evening at West End Bakery & Wine Bar 1st - Yakitori charcoal grilled chicken skewers, tangy indo-salad 2nd - Naan Dippers fresh baked naan, spicy butter bhaji, chili cheesy spinach, raita, apple chutney 3rd - Pulao - Lamb Kadi - Handvo spiced ghee rice, lamb slow-simmered in a savory yogurt sauce, indian style multi-grain "corncake" 4th - Aloo Corndog potato balls fried in fluffy crispy batter, Indo-ketchup & mustard dip 5th - Chocolate Tort cardamom, raspberry coulis, black walnuts, popped amaranth wine pairings and a la carte beverages available on arrival Farmer - Chef Sunil brings great dining experiences to various venues in and around Asheville. Sunil grows produce, herbs, eggs, and flowers and sources truly local ingredients from Patchwork Alliance Cooperative. Menus are made with love from seed to table. Sunil cooks all styles of cuisine, with a focus on South Asian styles.
