Join Blue Zones Project Brevard and Belinda Roberts owner of Elk Haven Wellness Center for this Plant Slant Cooking Class. Belinda will focus on the basics of beans and grains for this class. Blue Zones Project® in Brevard invites community members to plant slant cooking classes led by local chefs and plant slant specialists. Classes will be held in person. Please arrive in a mask until all have their temperatures taken.
