Join Clean Ocean Access, Zero Waste Providence, and the Center for Ecotechnology to learn about composting through the Healthy Soils Healthy Seas RI initiative at Stoneacre Garden in Newport, RI. COA and our partners are excited to showcase the statewide interest in helping food-generating businesses implement programs to reduce, rescue, and compost wasted food. We will hear from the restauranteurs about their experience composting, the haulers who turn food scraps into usable product, and give folks time to meet one another.
