Your reset retreat begins with a welcome hug if you so desire, a swag bag with items to support your unplugging, and locking away your devices if you would like. The retreat opens with plenty of time to arrive and close out your emails, text messages, and the busyness of being plugged in. Your retreat is filled with nourishing farm-to-table meals, meditations brought to you by a certified Chopra Center meditation teacher as well as yoga asana designed to support your RESET. This retreat provides you with time to connect with others as well as time and space to be alone.
