Come celebrate the season by rocking out and working out to some Holiday tunes with POUND Pro, Kristin Disberger! Holiday POUND Party with POUND Pro, Kristin Disberger! Come celebrate the season with some awesome music, a little bit of sweat, and an energizing/celebratory time! Ripstix will be provided on a first come first serve basis (unless reserved on Eventbrite), if you have your own, bring them! All you need is a mat, a water bottle bottle, yourself, a big smile, and stix if you own them. Please let me know if you have any questions and feel free to invite others. Please RSVP so that I have a headcount and so that you can reserve some Ripstix to use during the event!
