ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Directly responsible for the Packing department and management of the Leads • Able to maintain consistent production flow of the packaging crew to meet daily shipping quotas • Must be able to manage a pack process flow and ensure all quality control steps are followed • Responsible for notifying management of daily activity totals and challenges • Able to stand for long periods of time and delegate tasks • Ability to train others and set expectations • Responsible for maintaining adequate shipping supplies ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Active hands-on role that requires constant interpersonal communication • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork • Demonstrate a high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance • Adhere to and ensure staff compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations • Perform other duties assigned by your boss related to your position/department • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary • Can perform the necessary functions required to open and close the facility under dual control
