Water Leaking from bottom of fridge

I put in a new water filter in my fridge and when I try to use the water dispenser it also comes out of the bottom of the refrigerator. I don't know what is causing it but my assumption is a clog or frozen line. Need estimate Senior with limited income.I would prefer not needing to by a new refrigerator
