Together we move through the growth of the past year and welcome the light of fuller days! ✨ At the Winter Solstice we get to thank & release the dark that brings us inward & WELCOME THE LIGHT that warms, brightens, and helps to grow our seeds of intention. At the Centre St Pete Beach we will welcome back the sun(light) together in Fellowship as each new day begins to grow longer and longer. This event is for all people wanting to gather with intention to honor the cycles of nature within and without! ✨ THE CEREMONY: 🙏 BREATHE - We will drop from the mind into the body through pranayama (the practice of guided breath) and visualization to relax and soften the heart. 🌀 REFLECT - We will then take an inward meditative journey to commemorate the lessons and growth of the past year. 💫 MOVE - We will honor the coming of longer days and increasing light through a healing movement practice together. 🌟 CELEBRATE - We close with a celebration of our unique shining essence & our connection with Nature. DETAILS: 🌞 Comfortable and festive attire encouraged. If you have a bestie or beloved that you would like to celebrate with, this can be a beautiful way to strengthen the connection. If you are alone and would like to join with open-hearted community, this is a place of belonging. All are welcome! 🌞 We'll meet in the yoga studio at The Centre SBP 🌞 $20 (Offer in advance through eventbrite link above or send through your preferred payment app prior to event) This is an inclusive event - no one will be turned away for lack of funds. This event is facilitated by transformational coach and embodiment teacher, Namjai, with the belief that (1) each body is here with a story to tell of the complexities of its unique journey, and (2) each soul has specific gifts with which to share its authentic message brightly in the world. It is for personal & collective healing that we tell our stories, commune with nature, and live into our purpose.
