In this mini-retreat, we will make sure that you feel nutured and cared for as we guide you through a powerful and centering yoga Nidra practice, designed to calm the central nervous system. Let your stress and anxiety melt away with our mind clearing acupressure, assisted Thai stretching and scalp masages. We will also teach you relaxing breathing techniques that you will practice and take with you into the upcoming year, referring to them whenever needed.
A healthy, light brunch will be served, and each participant will receive special restorative gifts to take home!
