We're hiring! Looking for friendly, punctual, professional, strong people to help us haul unwanted items! 1 full-time and 2 part-time. About us IREP is a strong proponent of responsible debris removal. We specialize in junk removal so you don’t have to worry about proper disposals. We are proudly affiliated with local area eco-friendly organizations. We too take part in protecting our community and recycle or donate everything we possibly can. At I Recycle Everything Possible, our mission in hauling unwanted items is to recycle 60% of whatever we remove. We maximize space while minimizing waste. You could see growth within a year to lead a team, drive a truck, or even open up your own branch. Our business model attracts more and more attention from investors which can lead to great opportunities in the future. Details: Meet at our location off South Congress on time by 7 or 8am. You'll work with a driver and help them maintain the daily checklist, as well as travel to various sites in the greater Austin area to remove unwanted items from residential and commercial locations. While doing so you are keeping an eye out for any items that could be sold on our online resale shop, or can be recycled/donated. Be kind and courteous to all clients and their spaces while compiling with company policies. While you're riding in the truck you are following the passenger checklist, which consists of promoting items or the company on social media. You'll load and unload recycled materials at respective locations, including our storage units with anything to be sold. Anything not able to be recycled will be taken to the landfill. Things sold from our shop may need to be delivered to customers with, or without contact. You will also be doing the groundwork for residential and commercial complexes like picking up trash, cigarette butts, and pet waste. Our workers get first dibs on any items they want before we sell, or donate, with the exception of liquidation items. You will start as a rider, but driving a box truck with a trailer is a huge plus that could bring you to leading and driving very soon. You'll never work alone.
