WAYLAND, MA — If you haven't received a coronavirus booster shot, you can head to the Wayland Town Building on Tuesday to get one.
The town will host a "mini" booster clinic, which will run from 1 to 2 p.m. in the town building's large hearing room. The health department and Medical Reserve Corps will administer the Moderna version of the shot as a booster.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the mixing of vaccines for booster shots. So anyone who received two Pfizer shots could get a Moderna shot as a booster, according to the FDA.
Anyone who wants to attend Wayland's mini booster clinic has to sign up ahead of time.
