Press release from the City of Spokane: 2021-12-13 SPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing vulnerable adult 74-year-old Dwayne (Dewey) Leistico was last seen shortly after noon in the 3100 block of N Division near Pounders Jewelry. Leistico has medical ailments which can make him easily confused and susceptible to physical harm if he does not take medication as scheduled. Leistico was last seen wearing a military veteran baseball hat, forest green jacket, blue jeans, and walking with a cane. He is 5'8 and approximately 185lbs.
