A healthy start to the New Year! We will be making 3 salad dressings using the wonderful flavors of the wine at the Vineyard. Each participant will be taking home 3 bottles of their very own creation. Included in the evening you will be able to sample your creation with a salad. Spiced Pear and Honey Vinaigrette accompanied with a goat cheese and chicken arugula salad. Naughty and Spiced with maple bacon and candied walnuts on spinach. Cocoa Balsamic with mixed cherries and berries The Vineyard & Brewery at Hershey was founded in 2012 and is Pennsylvania’s first all-in-one winery, craft brewery and cidery. The organization produces “the Pennsylvania wine that will change your mind” and artfully crafted microbrews and hard ciders.
