Community Volunteer Opportunity to learn how to advocate for trees and green spaces, while meeting city leaders. Community Forester class working towards your certificate. As you are becoming a Park and Tree Champion and you learn how the local government is organized, and who the key players are that manage our trees and public spaces. You will be provided with techniques for engaging with key officials, committees and agencies in order to help protect and increase the tree canopy and green spaces in your neighborhood and city. Networking with community members that also want to volunteer and be a part of the Greener Grandville.
