WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating a shooting that happened in West Haven on Sunday. Police said shots were fired in the area of First Avenue and Elm Street. One vehicle was seen firing multiple shots at another vehicle, according to police. "This appears to be an isolated incident with no further threats to the public," police wrote in a post on Facebook.
