About This Role: As a Warehouse Order Picker you will be responsible for order fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping orders). You'll be working out of their beautiful light-filled space in the Mission District of San Francisco that is easily accessible by Muni and BART. Client Specific Role and Responsibilities: An affection for dogs, as we have a dog friendly office and there are usually 23 pups around. You're welcome (and encouraged) to bring yours to work with you All aspects of online order fulfillment, both retail and wholesale. Prepare/pick/pack shipments for online orders. Will not be operating heavy machinery. Able to work independently after training (proactively asking questions when needed). Very organized, responsible, conscientious, self starting, extreme attention to detail, and high quality standards. Bluecrew Warehouse Responsibilities May Include: Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items Safely relocating, organizing, or repacking product items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physical activities Working on your feet at a quick pace for the entirety of the shift Comfortable in a an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other equipment in the warehouse Other duties as assigned by supervisor Benefits of Working with Bluecrew (W2 status!)
