Description
Immediate need for a skilled, full-time maintenance and repair technician to assist with maintenance and repair function for various rental units of both homes and small apartment complexes in and around the Santa Clara area. Must have reasonable skill set and be very dependable with regard to a solid 40-hour work week. Will be a 1099 contractor who will initially work closely with a lead supervisor. Pay structure will begin at $24/hr. Will not require use of your personal vehicle other than arrival to office. Once at office, if needed, a pickup truck will be available for that day's work.
