Full-time position for janitorial and maintenance person at Marina in Point Richmond. Position pays $20.00 per hour. Job Responsibility: - Reliable - Daily trash removal in office suites - Bathroom/shower cleaning and restock - Window cleaning - Vacuum all carpets wall-wall - Physical ability to perform required duties - Keeps public access areas clean and maintains them according to the standards - Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies - Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to the appropriate personnel - Performs other related duties as assigned or requested To Apply: Please submit your resume at email provided.
