POINT PLEASANT, NJ — It's holiday concert season for the Point Pleasant schools, and choruses will be singing their hearts out this week at the borough's schools. The concerts are set for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Nellie Bennett Elementary's fifth grade chorus performs Tuesday; Point Pleasant High School's chorus performs Wednesday and Memorial Middle School's chorus performs Thursday. All three concerts are set for the auditorium at Point Pleasant High School, 830 Laura Herbert Drive. The Point Pleasant High School holiday band concert is set for Dec. 21 at the high school. The Point Pleasant Borough Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Borough Hall, Bridge Avenue. The agenda was not available as of Friday.
