School board member, Carthell Rogers, died unexpectedly last month. He had been appointed to the board to fill the unexpired term of Robert McNabb, who resigned from the seat effective June 1. (The Catoosa County News) Gas prices have recently dropped 4.2 cents in the Chattanooga area.
