*Need Lawn Mowed/Leaves and Straw removed Monthly Basis*

I need my lawn mowed on a monthly basis (my grass grows very slowly and lots of bald spots), not every week, and not every two weeks, etc. This will be a continuing job as I will need straw and leaves removed NOW. (must be removed from the property, not mulched). The yard does NOT need to be mowed now. Just need leaves and straw removed from my property. I will probably need straw and leaves removed every 2 weeks until all the leaves and straw stop falling. Please TEXT or leave voice mail.
