Press release from the City of San Juan Capistrano: December 13, 2021 Beginning December 20, the County-operated San Juan Capistrano Library will temporarily close for the construction of interior improvements. Any scheduled holds and pick-ups will be transferred to the Laguna Niguel Library Branch (30341 Crown Valley Parkway) unless other arrangements are made. The San Juan Capistrano Friends of the Library Bookstore, located adjacent to the Library, will remain open during construction.
