Need Mechanic! For Replacing idol control value

1994 Honda Accord LX 2.2L 4cyl. I'm in need for mechanic who can help me fix the problem on this car. Rpm fluctuates and there is a loud sound from the engine & clicking noises. I took it at an auto place which they didn't solve the problem and did nothing but fuel injection service and throttle plate IAC Cleaning and did nothing to repair the actual problem, I spent nearly 480 dollars an they told me the idol control value needed replacing and told me that od1 diagnose was taken from the car so also going need mechanic to help me with that.. I need to really get this car fixed I can't drive without my rpm going extremely high.. I got kids and I need To Have Working Car.
