Looking to have my room transformed into a library room

Looking to have my spare room transformed into a library room. I will need tile laid (the room is currently carpeted and I have purchased flooring that is tile but looks like hard wood flooring). I will need bookcases built into the room as well as a window seat. I have provided a picture of what I am wanting, however the image is for a much larger room, my room is much smaller (9ft 6in x 10 ft). There is a small closet that would need to be tiled as well (4ft by 2 1/2 ft). I am looking to have this project done by Christmas if possible.
