Lovering Auto Group, NH's largest Volvo dealer, is looking for a full-time Title Clerk to join our team in our Nashua location. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position will have many different responsibilities as part of the accounting department for the Lovering Auto Group. Title Clerk Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accurate and timely submission of all state title workProcess paperwork from the F&I department.Package and submit all contract paperwork to banks and track fundingPrepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.Process daily receipts and ACH depositsProcess daily floor plan payoffsMaintain and update daily reports to managementProcess all Wholesale, Dealer Trades and Intercompany dealsMaintain CO's and titles for new and used inventoryPurchase new and used vehicle inventoryProcess all vehicle warranties, extended service contractsStay up to date on all registration and title regulationsReconcile SchedulesAssist with month end closeOther duties as assigned Job Requirements: Experience in the automotive business is preferred but will train the right individualProficient in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsDetail orientedMotivated Self-starterAbility to Multi-task - you will often have many things in the air at onceIndependentExcellent Communication SkillsAttitude - one that includes optimism and positivityPersonality - we like to have fun and we like people who want to have fun with usTeam oriented - our environment encourages teamwork.
