OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. Working alongside the warehouse team, picking, packing, shipping, sorting, labeling, packaging items and orders. Determine optimal product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping on a daily basis. Work alongside other warehouse team members to solve day-to-day operational issues. Review and prepare daily workflow and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and perform general maintenance as needed. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years experience in a warehouse Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to work with all levels of company staff Forklift Certification a plus $15-17 per hour based on experience Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Please reply with your work history for consideration.
