Description

Responsible for supervising the daily operation of concrete vault manufacturing, graveside services, crematory, mortuary transport & delivery to ensure all employees strive to meet the standards set forth by the company for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance and Housekeeping. Prefer a minimum of 2 years in the precast concrete industry or routing of vehicles and personnel including experience in production scheduling, purchasing, safe work procedures and practices. HS Diploma or GED required Prior experience managing people, production, equipment and/or maintenance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Some basic accounting knowledge. Some basic mechanical skills Good interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, employees and managers. Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form. Must have a solid understanding of MS Office.
