SPORT COURT OF THE ROCKIES JOB DESCRIPTION CONSTRUCTION LABORER OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Reporting to and working with the Operations Manager, the Foreman will lead the Site Preparation team of 2-3 installers to prep. sites in advance of the concrete pour. - Site Preparation Team will remove / dispose of existing landscape, work on existing irrigation, grade, level, compact aggregate or subbase. - Site frame and prepare site for concrete pours based on design specifications which will be provided. - Foreman will exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, have knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping, excavating, framing and flat slab concrete work. - Safe use and maintenance of variety of construction tools, vehicles and trailers. - Activities pertaining to concrete preparation, oversee concrete placement, installation, finishing, and curing. - Use of a pump to complete the pouring of the slab. - Breaking boards and finish landscaping. - Clean jobsites. - All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be able to speak and understand English, bilingual a plus - Experience in construction, site preparation and landscaping preferred - Ability to problem solve and learn new tasks on the job - Demonstrate attention to detail - Must be able to lift 50+ pounds - Able to do repetitive movements, bend, lift, in one shift with little break in between - Able to work in all types of weather - Operate a variety of tools and machinery - Must be dependable and ability to work long hours - Must have reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver's license - Bilingual in Spanish a plus Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
