Looking for a roofing canvassing manager! Someone who will hire and train commercial and residential roofing canvassers. We want to hire someone who likes to be directly involved in the training process and works 1 on 1. We would like to create a larger sales force quickly and efficiently. Compensation is based on the effectiveness of creating and growing the team. We are what I call a “small large business” we have few members of the business but have a large crew to complete the jobs which are sold. We need 5-15 new canvassers and 1-7 Project managers to start between 12-15-21 and 2-15-22 Please let us know if this would fit what you are looking for.
