PONTIAC, MI — Accused Oxford school shooter Ethan Crumbley, 15, is expected to appear at a probable cause hearing Monday afternoon.
He will appear virtually before Judge Carniak at the 52nd District Court - Division 3 at 1:15 p.m., according to the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.
He was charged as an adult with one count of terrorism causing death, four counts of first-degree murder, seven counts of assault with intent to murder and 12 counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, officials said.
He was denied bond during his arraignment, after his lawyer entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
Authorities said Crumbley opened fire in the high school on Nov. 30 with a semi-automatic handgun and killed four students and wounded seven other people.
Authorities identified the four slain students as Madisyn Baldwin, 17, Tate Myre, 16, Hana St. Juliana, 14, and Justin Shilling, 17.
