This deck is 90% finished (my Lead Carpenter has family obligations the rest of the week) so there is 3 to 4 hours of work Maximum for a Decent Carpenter to finish. Here is the List of remaining tasks: 13' x 5' of Deck Boards to fasten with Hidden Fasteners (already precut) (about 20 boards or so) Trim Deck Boards-Outer Edge 26 feet of Basic Hand Railing screwed in to house for ADA 1-8' Run of Veranda Railing 30 Feet of Azec 8" Facia on deck and ramp leading to deck All materials on site
