Well established commercial cleaning company in Loudoun County is seeking an assistant to the cleaning supervisor. The position pays $14 per hour and is usually 25 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible and negotiated. Some office cleaning experience required. We will train the right person. The purpose of this position is to learn the techniques and methods of commercial office cleaning and supervision. The right person must be available Mon-Sat. Saturdays our busiest day of the week, but we never schedule on Sundays. Must also be willing and able to: 1. Have a positive attitude 2. Learn quickly and listen to the cleaning supervisor 3. Work well with or without supervision 4. Hours vary and could be mornings, daytimes, evenings or even night time, but that doesn't happen often. (This can all be negotiated and we are flexible) 5. Have some computer skills 6. Speak Spanish 7. Have transportation and a drivers license The company is growing quickly and was founded in 2014. This position can become fulltime with full benefits for the right person. We expect this to happen at some point in 2022, depending on the abilities, motivation and attitude of the candidate chosen.
