Rehoming 1 year old chocolate lab

We are rehoming our 1 year old chocolate lab, Thor. Thor just turned 1 in November. He is up to date on shots. He is Akc registered and all registration will be provided to his new owner. Thor will come with his kennel, harness, leash, his favorite ball and any food remaining in the bag. Thor is not fixed. He loves people, and especially loves playing fetch. We are rehoming him because he really needs a family that is active and will go for long walks or hikes. He loves being outside and playing. He does well with other dogs. He’s great with people. He needs some training because he does jump when he greets you. He knows basic commands like sit and lay down. He is kennel trained and has slept in his kennel since he was a puppy. We’re very sad to have to let him go, but he deserves a family who can give him the love and attention he deserves. We have two young kids and he does great with them so I know he is good with kids. I would like whoever takes him to have a yard so he can play fetch anytime. There is a rehoming fee. It is slightly negotiable to the right home. We won’t let him go to just anyone because we really want him to go to the right home. Please reach out if interested.
