Seeking an experienced maintenance man to make repairs on manufactured homes. The homes are located in: Hope Mills and Parkton. The ideal applicant should have experience performing repair work on manufactured/mobile homes. The following are the key skills required: Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Light Electrical work, and General repairs. A valid drivers license and transportation are required. The applicant must have his own tools. The starting rate of pay is $15.00/Hour. A gas allowance will be provided. Upon demonstration of your skills and reliability, your pay will be increased.
