***$500 Sign-On Bonus paid April 15 if you complete your route in all storms this season *** We're hiring at Bundl Home Lawn & Snow - join our established snow crew! What you'll be doing: Provide high quality snow plowing and some shoveling services to Bundl Home homeowners. Clear snow on a reasonable route in the Southwest Metro. No heavy equipment operation or hauling required. Opportunity to continue with us in a full-time role during lawn season if desired, but not required. Other job details: -This position calls for a dependable, hard-working individual that is committed to providing industry leading snow and ice management services to our customers -Hours depend on weather and must be willing & able to work in all conditions -Perform preventative maintenance on our equipment as assigned -Must use company systems to track service delivery -Weekly pay EVERY Friday via direct deposit or check (no cash) Requirements: -Valid driver's license with a good record and active DOT health card (or ability to obtain one) -1-2 years of plowing experience -Able to work different hours as weather requires -Reliable transportation to/from our locations in the Twin Cities West Metro
