Pay rates as follows:
Rate One:
Hourly as agreed upon at time of hire (Negotiable per experience)
Overtime: Above 40 hours regular time and a half.
Overtime for Sunday if called in.
Rate Two:
Activity (travel) rate is $8.00 per hour.
Overtime Activity rate is $12.00 per hour.
After First 90 Days:
Eligible for Health Insurance
After Six Months Employment:
Eligible for Dental Insurance (GRC pays 50% of employee rate).
Life Insurance with GRC pays 100%, Accident and Disability (employee pays weekly).
After One Year Employment:
The following holidays are paid:
1. New Years Day
2. Memorial Day
3. Fourth of July
4. Labor Day
5. Thanksgiving Day (Friday after Thanksgiving is an unpaid holiday.)
6. Christmas Day
NOTE: Employee must work the regular workday before and after the holiday unless otherwise excused.
After Two Years Employment:
Eligible for one week paid vacation. (To be taken in calendar year)
Eligible to participate in Simple IRA. GRC will match 100% or the annual contribution
Up to 3% annual income.
After Five Years Employment:
Two weeks vacation.
After Ten Years Employment:
Three weeks vacation.
After Twenty Years Employment:
Four weeks vacation.
