Wanted: Custodian / Handyman (part-time) for St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Schenectady. Custodial or similar experience is required, including an ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and have an understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Having the ability to make basic repairs, such as plumbing, painting and light construction work is highly desired. This person will manage the cleaning and maintenance of all church buildings and grounds. 20 hours per week (9am-2pm, Monday – Thursday; negotiable). Starting at $13.50 per hour with possible increases and commissions. Starting in late December, 2021.
