RSM JOB post 9/22/21 Our company works in the construction industry on Luxury Real Estate properties. We are looking to add a Driver / Project Assistant to the team. There are many aspects of this position that include: -Driving a Pickup truck (good driving record & previous experience preferred) -Ability to load and unload heavy materials such as bricks, stone & bags of concrete -Ability to communicate with everybody on the jobsite (Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred) -Early Shift hours (typically start at 6A.M. and work to 3A.M. with variable hours and flexibility preferred) -Start Part-Time for $17/hour & 20+ hours per week with room to grow wage & hours (Ex: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday for starts) This is a great position for a college student looking learn more about the construction industry. This position will show many of the aspects of what goes into building High Level residential projects and commercial buildings. Since we can provide flexibility to fit a college schedule, you can decide whether to keep this as a part-time gig, or grow within the company for a more developed role. This position is meant to train someone up to a Full-Time Project Manager, as we prefer that role to be someone who has been with us for some time.
